Application: Sensor triggered stacking of garments
Brief Description: The machine waits underneath a dryer for a T-shirt to arrive. It then synchronizes with the speed of the conveyor from the dryer, thus positioning the shirt onto a plate. After the positioning of the item, the stacker lowers its height and retracts back underneath the dryer, waiting for the following shirt.
After stacking 80 - 100 shirts, the machine can be unloaded by the operator and brought back into the starting position.
